Training Never Stops

Our certifications don’t reflect the breadth of our training, and they don’t reflect the depth either. Part of the IICRC requirement for certification is that we participate in continuing education, something we are all happy to do. We maintain and upgrade skills and knowledge, which is important in providing care to our community members.

Technicians can earn individual certifications. Each one is certified in Water Damage Restoration. In addition, team members have:

• Structural drying
• Microbial remediation (mold, mildew, other growth)
• Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Leather cleaning restoration
• Odor control
• General and/or Construction Industry Training Program from OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)

Trivia

Patience is a virtue: William Zinsmeister and his crew started digging up the fossil of what they estimated to be a 15-ton, 40-foot-long elasmosaur in 1989.
