Storage room flood

This Golden storage room flooded and we were on site quickly to mitigate the loss. Our professional technicians removed all the home owners possessions, taking care to make sure all were dried or set aside to be dried properly. They then removed wet flooring, drywall and any materials that would hinder complete drying of the room. Though we live in a fairly arid climate, excessive moisture can lead to mold growth. That is why it is important to bring in trained water mitigation specialists. After a few days when all materials tested dry, we removed our equipment and left this satisfied homeowner a clean, dry room to once again fill with treasures.
